In 2024, Conscensia demonstrated once again that stable relationships with customers, skilled IT specialists and a robust organization are the recipe for growth – even in a market characterized by restraint.

Despite a generally hesitant market, Conscensia increased its revenue by 15% to EUR 17.7 million. This shows that companies that have chosen to work with Conscensia experience value and results – and therefore continue and expand their engagement.

“We’ve new customers, but not quite as many as we would have liked. And for the most part, we have been very good at working with existing customers,” says CEO Torsten Bielefeldt Schlägelberger. The ability to build dedicated IT teams and long-term relationships with customers is the core of Conscensia’s model.

We Find the IT Specialists You Need

At Conscensia, we work from one central premise: When a company is in the midst of a digital transformation, it is crucial to have access to the right skills – and fast. We help you find and establish tech specialist teams in Poland and Ukraine that are dedicated to the customer and become an integral part of their organization.

“If someone has a challenge with a digital transformation, we headhunt the IT specialists needed based on a dialog with the customer. We believe that the best people are not sitting on the bench, but work for other companies,” explains Torsten Bielefeldt Schlägelberger.

Teams in Ukraine Deliver – even in Times of Crisis

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Conscensia has had a special focus on protecting both employees and deliveries. This has required investments in security, reporting, legal support and assistance to mobilized employees’ families – but it has also paid off.

“Our goal during the war has been to ensure that the team’s performance continued at a high level so that customers were not affected by the war. This is a difficult and time-consuming task, and we are proud to say that we have succeeded,” he says.

Today, more than 180 of our 250 employees are based in Ukraine, and in recent months, 10 new specialists have been hired – driven by increasing demand from existing customers.

Poland – a Strategic Base for Future Growth

Conscensia’s Tech Hub in Poland plays a growing role in the company’s development. This is where much of the growth in 2025 is expected to come from, and the Polish office is an important part of delivering scalable and stable development teams to both new and existing customers.

Ready for Growth in New Markets

In 2025, we are looking ahead. We expect growth on both top and bottom line and have a special focus on strengthening our presence in new markets such as Germany, the UK and the rest of the Nordics.

“I think we’ll see a 50-50 split of new growth from new and existing customers by 2025,” says Torsten Bielefeldt Schlägelberger.

For companies with increasing development needs, the message is clear: Conscensia is an attentive and long-term partner that delivers results through strong, stable and specialized teams in both Poland and Ukraine.
