This year, Kamstrup and Conscensia celebrate 15 years of collaboration.
What does it take to build a nearshore development partnership that lasts this long? When a company decides to build a nearshore development team abroad, it is not just about gaining access to skilled developers. A long-term collaboration must be built on trust, responsibility and shared goals, and it requires commitment from both organisations and teams that grow together over time. Today, Kamstrup has several tech teams in our Lviv Tech Hub.

To mark the anniversary, we celebrated with a Teams call and cake in the offices in Denmark, Ukraine and Spain. And as a surprise – we had prepared a celebratory video to Kamstrup with photos of joint experiences throughout the past 15 years.
Conscensia’s role is to support Kamstrup with recruitment, HR, retention services, office space and IT equipment etc., so Kamstrup and the team can focus fully on the product development.
Over the past 15 years, many people on both sides have contributed to our successful partnership – developers, team leads, product owners and leaders. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this collaboration.
