In 2026, Conscensia celebrates its 20th anniversary. To mark the occasion, we are bringing customers, colleagues and industry experts together in Warsaw on 22 October for a conference focused on AI and cybersecurity in practice.

A day of technology, perspectives and inspiration

The conference will feature external keynote speakers on AI and cybersecurity, along with customer perspectives on what it means to work with distributed development teams in the AI era. Our customers Systematic, Saxo and Plandent will share their experiences and discuss how software development and technology organisations are evolving.

Check out our agenda and speaker line-up beneath.

Cybersecurity in the Age of AI - Whoever Automates First, Wins

AI is changing the speed and scale of cybercrime – and at the same time – organisations are letting AI into inboxes, databases, decision-making processes – often faster than security polices can keep up. The question is no longer "will AI change the threat landscape", but "will we build the right controls before the scale outpaces us."

From Business Need to Working Code: AI in Practice

AI is rapidly changing how we build software - but what does that actually look like in practice?

In this session, Claus Millington and Andriy Vaverchak from Plandent/Conscensia share how AI is being used across both business and software development in NEXTA. Through real experiences, successes and failures, we will explore how AI is changing the journey from business need and product idea to architecture, code and delivery.

No AI hype - just practical lessons from using AI in the real world, where speed is valuable, context matters, and human judgement is still essential.

    Line Færch MilthersCEO, Conscensia

We conclude the conference with a fireside chat featuring e.g. Systematic’s founder Michael Holm, recently ranked by Computerworld as the third most powerful person in Danish IT.

Together with Michael Holm and our customers, we look forward to discussing AI, cybersecurity, and how companies can navigate the opportunities and challenges these technologies bring to software development.

Bringing our customers and colleagues together

For Conscensia, the conference is an opportunity to give our customers and colleagues a day of inspiration, share knowledge and discuss the technological changes that will shape the years ahead.

Our Polish colleagues will take part in the conference in Warsaw together with a number of colleagues from Ukraine. As the majority of our Ukrainian colleagues will remain in Ukraine, the conference will be streamed live, enabling colleagues in Lviv to participate throughout the day.

And naturally, no anniversary would be complete without a party. In the evening, we will celebrate 20 years of Conscensia together with customers and colleagues in both Warsaw and Lviv.

Technology changes – but some things remain constant

A great deal has happened since Conscensia was founded 20 years ago. Technologies have changed, ways of working have evolved, and our organisation has grown considerably.

But some things have remained constant.

Line Færch Milthers, CEO of Conscensia explains:

Line Faerch Milthers

“Conscensia’s history consists of thousands of relationships – colleagues who have grown with us, teams that have built software solutions together and customers who have trusted us year after year. Technology will keep changing. Our job is to make sure we keep building teams and relationships that can change with it.”

We look forward to welcoming customers, colleagues and speakers to Warsaw – and to marking our anniversary together across Warsaw and Lviv.
