Torsten Bielefeldt Schlägelberger

Torsten stepped into the role of CEO at Conscensia in 2023, backed by a solid academic foundation in Business Administration and topped with an MBA. His more than two decades as a leader in the Danish IT industry have been characterized by a sharp focus on business development.

His belief in personal growth is a practice that forms the foundation of his leadership at Conscensia, where fostering a culture that encourages both personal and professional growth is essential to driving innovation.

In his life outside of work, Torsten values the time he spends with his family, his wife Helle and their two children, Mille and Benjamin. Torsten enjoys playing football and watching his favorite team in the Premier League.

Jesper Andersen

Jesper joined Conscensia as CFO in May 2024 in connection with his appointment as CFO in JMI Gruppen A/S, which is the main shareholder in Conscensia.

He comes with experience from finance functions in Danish companies with both Danish and international character, and an educational background as cand.merc.aud.

At Conscensia, he has an approach that we must be ready to change the way we see the economics of the business, to constantly ensure that the focus is in the right place and you dare to challenge the perception that you had yesterday.

When Jesper is not spending his time at Conscensia, he spends time with his family and a visit to the local golf course whenever possible.

Sonja Strycharska

Sonja joined Conscensia in 2019, taking on the role of General Manager and overseeing the development of the company’s Polish division. Trained as a lawyer specializing in intellectual property rights and data protection, her professional journey began in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration, where she actively participated in the implementation of EU-funded projects. Currently, she has almost a decade of collective experience in operations management, primarily in the IT sector.

In addition to the amazing growth and expansion of the Warsaw hub, she truly believes that what makes it even more special is the fact that we have successfully created a welcoming workplace for many great colleagues. Her greatest motivation comes from being around skilled professionals who serve as an endless source of inspiration.

In her private life, she is a proud wife and mother to a wonderful son. A worldwide travel enthusiast who is always ready for new challenges.

Iryna Kosareva

Iryna holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and started her career in human resources and management back in 2004. Her work has primarily been in the Ukrainian IT sector.

Her journey with our company spans over a decade, giving her a deep-rooted understanding of company culture, people and values. Recently, Iryna stepped into the role of General Manager of our Ukrainian division. Over the years, the Ukrainian Development Center has become a template for flexibility, resilience and strength, showing growth and delivering great results despite all challenges.

Iryna is convinced that the essence of true motivation lies in a synergistic blend of three key elements: the excitement of facing interesting challenges, the inspiration of being surrounded by talented people and the drive that comes from pursuing inspiring goals. These elements are deeply rooted in our organizational culture, so she finds Conscensia to be a very dynamic and fulfilling place to work.

Halyna Shporlyuk

Halyna has about 20 years of experience in the tech outsourcing industry. She has a solid academic background from Lviv National University and a master’s degree in the Technology Management program at UCU Business School. At Conscensia since 2013, she has held various leadership roles, always with a focus on customer success and satisfaction, her journey emphasizes the importance of education, experience and self-development to achieve professional success. Her personal philosophy is centered on curiosity, excellence and continuous self-improvement.

Outside of work, Halyna enjoys family time, traveling, and reading fantasy and crime novels.
