As we enter a new year, it is a natural time to pause, reflect, and take pride in what we have accomplished together. 2025 was a year of strong partnerships, growth, and trust, both from our customers and from our colleagues. Let’s take a look at some of the memorable achievements from last year, which we are very proud of.

Highlights from 2025


One of the most meaningful achievements of 2025 was celebrating 15 years of partnership with two of our long-standing customers, Systematic and Getinge. It is only possible to stay partners for such a long time, when our customers get value and results from their nearshore IT teams. It is truly a proof of mutual trust and shared success between our customers and Conscensia.

Growth was also a key theme throughout the year. We proudly welcomed 45 new colleagues to our Tech Hubs in Warsaw and Lviv, strengthening our ability to deliver high-quality IT expertise and support our customers’ evolving needs.

Customer satisfaction remained at the very heart of our work. In our annual customer satisfaction survey, we achieved the highest NPS score in Conscensia’s history. An impressive NPS of 72, combined with an 80% response rate, clearly reflects the strong relationships we build and the value our teams deliver every day. The feedback from our customers also gives us valuable insights into how we can continue to improve and deliver even greater value going forward.

We have customers in many different industries. But especially within the defence sector, several of our customers launched new projects during the year, further validating our ability to recruit and retain highly skilled IT specialists for complex and demanding software development tasks.

Internally, 2025 was also a year worth celebrating. We marked a record number of long-term colleague anniversaries, with 5 colleagues celebrating 10 years at Conscensia and 11 colleagues celebrating 15 years. These milestones speak volumes about our culture, values, and commitment to being a great place to work.

Our employee satisfaction remained strong in 2025 as well. With an average eNPS score of 75 across locations, the results show that our colleagues continue to be highly satisfied and engaged, and proud to be part of Conscensia.

Finally, we closed the year with a strong and promising sales pipeline, with many businesses preparing to start-up or expand teams with additional IT talent, setting a solid foundation for the year ahead.

Preview of 2026

We are entering 2026 at full speed. Already in January, we are excited to welcome 12 new colleagues to Conscensia, reinforcing our continued growth and supporting our customers needs.

Later in the year, we expect to reach more than 300 Conscensians globally, another important milestone in our journey. We will also celebrate 2 x 15-year anniversary with customers, underlining once again the long-term partnerships we value so highly. We succeed when our customers succeed.

And perhaps most remarkably, Conscensia turns 20 years in 2026, marking two decades of focusing on our passion – building strong IT teams, creating lasting customer relationships, and a company culture centered on trust, quality, and people. With a strong foundation, satisfied customers, engaged colleagues, and exciting achievements ahead, we look forward to 2026 with confidence and gratitude.
