Recruitment process

We have a proven and effective recruitment process, which is highly successful in finding the right developers for our customers.

Requirement analysis: In collaboration, we define the role based on your needs and team requirements.

Searching and Screening: We leverage our strong network in Warsaw and Lviv, and primarily use targeted headhunting to find the most suitable candidates.

HR & Tech Expert Interview: Candidates go through internal interviews to ensure only qualified profiles are presented to you.

Client Interview: You participate in the interviews, as both skills and team fit are essential.

Decision and job offer: You make the final decision. If the candidates do not meet your expectations, we continue the search for new candidates.

Transition period: This is the period from offer acceptance to start date – typically 1 month in Lviv and 1-2 months in Warsaw.

Start up: Your developers are onboarded into both your organization and Conscensia.

 

During the recruitment process, you do not pay for our services. Our Service Fee is only activated once the developers start working with you.
