15 Years Anniversary with Getinge

This year, Getinge and Conscensia celebrates 15 years of collaboration.
A partnership of this length does not happen by coincidence, it is built on trust, transparency and a shared commitment to stable and long-term software development. Furthermore, it requires clarity in communication, predictable work processes and a strong cultural alignment between Denmark, Poland and Ukraine – and a team that stays. Many of our IT developers have been part of Getinge’s projects for 10-15 years, building deep domain knowledge and becoming an integrated part of Getinge’s IT department. Today, Getinge has several tech teams in our Lviv Tech Hub and our Warsaw Tech Hub.

To mark the anniversary, we celebrated with cake on all locations in Denmark, Germany, Poland and Ukraine – and as a surprise – we had prepared a celebratory video to Getinge. The team members messages highlight what 15 years of partnership really mean: shared responsibility, mutual trust and a team that feels connected across borders.
Getinge has been really successful in collaborating with their nearshore software development teams from day one.
Our role has always been to support Getinge with recruitment, HR and retention, so the team can focus fully on the product. The collaboration has continued to evolve because both sides share the same mindset: openness and respect which made our partnerships successful.
