An effective solution to recruitment challenges

Soft & Teknik, which works with green technology solutions in the energy sector, including Power-to-X (PtX), is in the midst of an exciting transition. The Danish company is in full swing with the construction of Denmark’s first PtX plant, which is expected to go into production in 2025. The market for energy storage from wind turbines and solar cells is growing explosively. But as a company located in Frederikshavn in the northern part of Denmark, it can be challenging to find the right qualified employees locally. That’s why Production Manager Kim H. Jensen and his team took the next step and started a dialog with Conscensia to explore recruitment opportunities outside Denmark. Kim explains:

A structured process and a valuable report

Initially, Soft & Teknik invested an hour and a half in an interview with Conscensia. The goal was to map the company’s needs and describe the profiles needed for the future. Kim describes the experience as both pleasant and valuable:

“A good, informal and pleasant process. It also gave me reflections that I could take home and use immediately.”

The Talent Acquisition Profiles (TAP) report was verified by the team in the software development department and the response was clear: “Spot on for the vast majority of profiles.”

Honesty and transparency as a foundation

Kim emphasizes transparency in the collaboration: “The TAP report is very honest and it gives me an impression of Conscensia as a company. Honesty and sincerity are essential for a good cooperation, especially when challenges arise.”

Today, the report serves as a dialog tool internally in Soft & Teknik and provides a factual basis for discussing future competence needs.

Financial insight as a strength

As an extra dimension, Conscensia also offers economic analysis of differences in salary levels and framework conditions between local and foreign staff. This makes it easier to understand the financial implications of hiring:
