Line Færch Milthers Returns to Conscensia as CEO

It has been important for the board to find a CEO who shares Conscensia’s focus on supporting companies with business-critical development teams and collaboration through long-term partnerships.

Line Færch Milthers has 17 years of experience from Conscensia, primarily within Global Delivery and most recently in the role of COO (2019-2024). Therefore, Line has in-depth knowledge of Conscensia’s organization, services, culture, partners and the market. Over the past two years, she has worked as Product Director at Scoutz – the innovation hub launched by BEC Financial Technologies.

I look forward to bringing Line’s leadership and competences to the organisation, and I have great confidence in her ability to guide the company into its next chapter, building on our strong foundation and leading us toward continued growth in the years ahead.
