Meet Nadiya

Currently I’m leading the team of 7 people. We find the best talent for our clients’ development teams in Lviv and Warsaw. But we are responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities in our company (onboarding of new colleagues, evaluation process, education and development and much besides).

I have the opportunity to meet great people and work with them. I like it a lot when after a few years of cooperation with the company, we are hearing good feedback from our clients and from our developers. When our teams work well together and become friends, it is very motivating. When a client is hiring new developers for an existing team, it is crucial that we find developers who match the existing team.

Conscensia always was and will be about people. We have a great community here, friendly atmosphere and support when it’s needed. We offer good working conditions and great benefits. It is important that the developers have a good balance between their work and private life, just as in Scandinavia.

Finding the right candidate for our clients is very satisfying; when you can feel that the client and candidate are a perfect match. A good candidate has many aspects; the required competences are essential – but also the soft skills (communication and language skills) and personality are important factors.

I like working for a Danish company due to their attitude to people and their open mentality. Everything is open and transparent; you can ask questions, negotiate and discuss matters, which is very important to me.
