Conscensia A/S strengthens its board of directors

Conscensia has strengthened its board of directors with 2 powerful industry figures in order to help form and drive the company’s growth strategy within sourcing of nearshore software developers for their customers. Lars Enevoldsen from Kamstrup A/S, and Tommy Bak from SKOV A/S will both join Conscensia’s board.

Lars Enevoldsen is Senior Vice President for SW Technology at Kamstrup and he has also many years of experience from leading positions within business development and R&D at Grundfos.

Lars Enevoldsen states: ”I have worked with international R&D in large corporations for many years, and it will be exciting to contribute to Conscensia realising the huge market potential within nearshore SW outsourcing”.

Tommy Bak is CTO at SKOV A/S and has previously held leading positions within software development at Getinge, Grundfos and Systematic. ”Today, many companies are under constant pressure to be innovative by increasing digitalization – and time to market has to be short. It creates a great need for the availability of the right development resources, and the ability to scale resources quickly and cost-effectively.
I have seen Conscensia solve these challenges in partnership with its customers, and I look forward to contributing to the continued development of Conscensia”, says Tommy Bak.
