Transfer of development center in Romania

Back in 2015, Conscensia decided to establish a development center in the capital of Romania Bucharest.
The initial steps for the center was taken in the fall of 2015; the office location was found, the management hired and the recruitment of the first developers for one specific partner started.
After a slow start, primarily due to the Romanian bureaucracy, the development center started to get in high gear in the fall of 2016. So much that our partner Systematic A/S, who was our main client in Bucharest, expressed their wish to solve a potential challenge concerning recruiting competent IT-specialists quickly for the many orders, Systematic had gained lately.
Therefore, it was decided that Systametic A/S took over the center as of January 1st 2017.
The takeover does not bring any changes to Systematic’s and Conscensia’s partnership in Ukraine.
