1. REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS
We recruit specialists specifically for your team. The first task is defining requirements and wishes for your developers.
2. SEARCH
We have a large network in the local market. We primarily use active search in order to find the right candidates.
3. INTERVIEWS
We screen candidates, guaranteeing clients an attractive field to choose from. Once the candidates have been found, we hold interviews - this is where you become active.
4. THE DECISION
Once all the interviews have been held, you decide to whom you want to offer the contract. If you do not think we have found the right candidate, we simply continue the search.
5. TRANSITION
The transition period for candidates before he or she starts typically lasts one month.
6. START-UP
