A tailored TAP report – the decision basis for your IT recruitment
Not sure which IT profiles to focus on – or how to attract them?
With a free TAP (Talent Acquisition Profile) report, you’ll gain insight into your needs, company culture and the skills needed to achieve your goals – now and in the future. We’ll also map out salary differences and cost savings that arise when using a nearshoring solution.
The report is based on a structured interview and provides you with a strong decision-making basis that you can use in management, HR and your strategic planning. During the interview, we will discuss your company culture, what makes you attractive to our candidates and, not least, which profiles fit your organization and needs – both now and in the long term.
It all starts with a 1½ hour conversation. We take care of the rest of the report.
Invest 1½ hours – get a tool that provides overview, insight and strategic direction.
The insights from our interviews are documented in a Talent Acquisition Profiles (TAP) report, which we use to align and match market needs and opportunities early in the process.

You can read a concrete case here about how the TAP report is used in practice.
How does the interview take place?
We recommend a physical meeting where we visit you in your own surroundings. It gives us a much better understanding of your company’s culture, work environment and dynamics – and it strengthens the quality of the insights we can deliver in the TAP report. It also shows that we invest our time and commitment in understanding you right from the start.
A physical meeting often creates a stronger and more open dialog – and makes it easier to ask the right questions and get the deep answers.
However, if it suits you better, we can of course conduct the conversation online via Teams. Our method works just as well digitally – and we adapt to your preferences and calendar.
Regardless of format, the conversation takes approximately 90 minutes and is led by an experienced consultant from Conscensia.
What should I prepare?
Nothing special – just be ready to share insights about your organization, culture and future plans. The interview is informal and takes approximately 90 minutes.
What if we don't want to move on afterwards?
No problem. The TAP report is our way of providing value first – not a sales gimmick. You can use the report internally and there are no strings attached.
Who is participating in the interview?
You are in charge. Often it’s one or more people from management, HR or the development department. We recommend that the person who knows your strategic direction and team structure participates – preferably several.
What do we get out of the TAP report?
– Clarity about your needs and challenges
– Concrete recommendations for profiles and technologies
– Savings potential and salary structure
– Input for management decisions and budgeting
