Don’t build the pedestal before the monkey speaks
Share your idea for an AI agent and have it tested by specialists
Do you have a great idea for an AI agent in your company? We help you give it a reality check.
In a short and focused “Monkey First” program, we test the toughest assumptions first – framework, data, compliance, technology, and risks. This way, you quickly find out whether your idea can withstand reality before you spend time and budget building on it.
What is Ideatorium 2025?
This is your chance to share, discover, and reality-test ideas on how AI agents can create value in businesses.
All contributions will be anonymized and compiled into a PDF, which will be sent to all participants – and one winner will receive the entire process free of charge from syv.ai and Conscensia.

The Monkey First philosophy
Many AI projects start with the easy stuff first. We do the opposite; we start with the difficult stuff. That way, we ensure that you don’t waste time and money on solutions that ultimately won’t work.
“Monkey First” is inspired by Google X, which is all about tackling the hardest, riskiest part of a project first. If you want a monkey to speak from a pedestal, there is no point in starting by building the pedestal. It is easy and tangible to build, and it feels like progress – but it says nothing about whether the project will succeed. The only question that matters is: can the monkey speak? Find that out first – everything else is decoration.
“We don’t build pedestals for monkeys until we know if the monkey can talk.”

See the illustration below of what an AI agent clarification process with syv.ai and Conscensia looks like.
Start by presenting your AI idea. We dive into your needs, goals, and the challenges you want to solve.
Typical duration: 2 days
We take a deep dive into your idea in a focused workshop. Together, we clarify the framework, required competencies, and assumptions – and identify the key hypotheses that need to be tested.
Typical duration: 1 week
We test the most critical conditions first: data quality, compliance, technology, and risks. The goal is to uncover potential showstoppers early – enabling you to make decisions on a solid foundation.
From idea to implementation. Once the reality check is passed, we support you in implementing, launching, and ensuring ongoing operations – with the right competencies in place from day one.
