How do you run a business in the shadow of war?

ved
by Torsten Bielefeldt Schlägelberger Conscensia
Conscensia shares their experiences of managing employees and running a business in the shadow of war.

Day by day, it has become clearer to Europeans that both individuals and companies need to prepare for radical change as war is knocking on Europe’s door and Russia has shifted production to a war economy.

After years of cutbacks, historically large sums are now being invested in both European and NATO defence. But what does this mean for us as IT suppliers?

Join Anders Puck Nielsen, Military Analyst at the Royal Danish Defence College specialising in military leadership, the war in Ukraine and the military strategic situation in Russia, for a unique insight into the current situation in Ukraine and Russia.

He will also share what we have learnt from the war in Ukraine and what technological solutions will be needed in Europe and NATO going forward.

Then Michael Holm from Systematic  will talk about the entrepreneurial dream that began with the Danish defence and gradually grew to more than 50 countries and a position as a main supplier to NATO. He will share his views on the business perspectives in light of growing global tensions and the situation in Ukraine, as well as his personal involvement and passion for helping Ukraine.

Finally, Torsten Bielefeldt Schlägelberger, CEO of Conscensia, , will give his account of how their collaboration with Ukrainian IT talent has not only brought both know-how and new innovative technological solutions to Danish companies, but also a strong work ethic.

For Ukrainian IT specialists, it’s not just about earning a living wage and putting bread on the table, but about fighting for their freedom. A reality that has led to innovative solutions – not only on the battlefield, but also between citizens and public institutions.

Join us for a strategic, human and business insight into the risks, opportunities and innovation that war creates.
